Installation of security systems on 18 bridges over the Delaware River. The project spans over 110 miles in length and also includes seven facilities. The scope of work includes installing 285 CCTV cameras.

The contract is administered under split milestones; the first five sites must be completed in 13 months from issuance of NTP and the remaining facilities must be completed 19 months from issuance of NTP. The contact includes a three year maintenance period with a two year option to extend the maintenance period to a total of five years.

The scope of work includes the design of the complete system to produce the infrastructure for 18 project locations within 13 months of NTP. Complete procurement and installation of all electrical infrastructures for all sites, integration of the 18 fiber option networks with 2 remote control centers via a MPLS WAN network and maintaining the complete system for three years from substantial completion.

Prior to design, MEC completed detailed video analysis optimization of each location which allowed the elimination of some components streamlining the process.
