Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission Security

Installation of security systems on 18 bridges over the Delaware River. The project spans over 110 miles in length and also includes seven facilities. The scope of work includes installing 285 CCTV cameras.

DFW AOA Security Upgrade

MEC installed video surveillance equipment to be capatible and fully integrated into the existing surveillance system at the DFW Airport.

T-REX Project

The Transportation Expansion (T-REX) Project is a $1.3 Billion design-build project involved reconstructing 17 mi. of two interstate highways while simultaneously adding 19 mi. of new double-track light rail transit (LRT) including 13 new stations.  MEC installed the traction electrification, signaling and communications systems, and a new Operations Control Center tying in the new and existing LRT lines.

Tren Urbano

It's America's first design-build underground transit project, and MEC installed the control center including traction power train control and communications.  MEC, at this time, has a contract to maintain the system.

TRAX Light Rail

MEC was responsible for the signal system design, installation and commissioning, as well as the overhead contact system (OCS), and three traction power substation cabling systems.
